Berman Painting is a locally owned, fully insured painting company serving the Twin Cities area. Owner Richard Berman and crew have many years of experience and knowledge to get your project done right. Our friendly and skilled, but never subcontracted crew treats your home like our own so the paint is on your walls and not everything else. We have flexible hours so we can accomdate most scheduling needs.

Interior Painting

We handle all interior painting needs including from a total house repaint before or after a move to fixing any worn, damaged or stained walls or ceilings. We always take extra steps to cover and protect your furnature to ensure your home is neat during and after our work. We take care of all wall repair and caulking so your home looks great. We pride ourselves in our work and try our best to make sure you have a home worth showing off.

Exterior Painting

We paint residential and commercial exteriors. We fix faded, peeling and cracking paint and caulking; and take the necessary preperation to ensure you have a great look that lasts. Our company is experienced with aluminum and vinyl siding, cedar, wood, hardboard, masonry, cement, brick, block, stucco, and bare metal. We paint high peaked homes and three story buildings.

Enameling

We enamel and finish cabinetry, trim, doors, windows and built-ins. Our enameling process includes a thorough preperation with a multistep application including several coats of primer, underbody and enamel with sanding, vacuuming and tac clothing in between coats. This extensive process will make your woodwork beautiful with a smooth glossy premium finish that exceeds what paint can do.

Staining and Sealing

Whether its your deck, door or woodwork we are experienced in staining and weatherproofing. We thoroughly clean and prepare your wood with a low pressure wash before sealing and protecting it with a stain or varnish to help your wood look great and protect against the elements. We apply both transparent and semi-solid stains so you can have a look you will love.

Wallpaper Removal

Wallpaper can be a pain to get off, but our experienced team can help get your walls ready to paint without damaging tools or chemicals. We use a steaming process to remove old wallpaper as cleanly and safely as possible. Let us turn your dated wallpaper into a fresh coat of paint.

Wall Repair

We are experienced at fixing dings, dents, stains and scratches and any other wear and tear in your walls and ceilings. We understand that a good paint job can be more than just a change in color; but renewal of the surface and a protective coating that keeps your home looking good. All of our estimates include free minor wall repair to meet our standards, but we are able to handle those bigger problems too.
